Working Principle
The working principle of the mayer bar applicator head is to utilize the knife edge or surface structure of the scraper bar to scrape off the excess coating, thus forming a uniform coating on the substrate. The diameter, wire spacing or shape of the blade determines the wet film thickness of the coating.

Precautions for use
