Detailed Product Description
The machine is produced with international advanced coating technology, integrated with our many years of experiences in manufacturing coating machine. It is suitable for manufacturing hot stamping film, laser film, gold and silver paperboard which need coating and laminating.
Performance and characteristics:
1) It is provided with stepless speed regulation cylinder of American Emersion frequency converter, realizing synchronous speed regulation of drawing roller with anilox roller, with the advantage of accurate, sensible, anti-jamming
2) It is provided with anliox roller plus blade for coating mode, and also provided with many selection opportunities of anilox roller with various coating amounts
3) Moveable blade device
4) It is provided with a separate five-section type constant temperature drying systemizing infrared stainless steel heating tube plus beating wind, as well as adjustable interior circulation air draining and suction devices. It is advantageous in strong wind-exit and wind-entrance, helping drying thoroughly
5) Gluing roller in oven will synchronously rotate with main shaft
6) Solenoid-operated valve controlling is adopted for anilox roller and drawing roller
7) Automatic meter-measuring devices.
8) Key mode air shaft is used for unwinding and rewinding shafts, easy to load and unload
9) The oven adopts close pressing by pneumatic
