CATIONIC POLYACRYLAMIDE FLOCCULANT FOR WATER TREATMENT

This product is a water-soluble, linear, high-molecular organic polymer in the form of white amorphous granules. It is non-toxic,odorless, highly hygroscopic, and has excellent hydrophilicity. It can dissolve in water at various ratios and possesses unique physical properties, including flocculation, viscosity enhancement, dispersion, and surface activity

This product is primarily used for flocculation and sedimentation of wastewater in various industrial sectors, including papermaking wastewater, pulp wastewater, mid-stage papermaking water, grain alcohol production wastewater, textile and dyeing wastewater, beverage wastewater, monosodium glutamate (MSG) plant wastewater, and sugar production wastewater. It is also effective for sludge dewatering in the aforementioned types of wastewater, resulting in clarified effluent with almost no visible suspended solids to the naked eye. The moisture content of the dewatered sludge cakes can be reduced to below 80%.

HOW TO USE

When using this product, the concentration should be controlled at 1-2‰. If no dedicated dissolving equipment and dosing system is used, a dissolution and dilution tank should be set up. The method of use is as follows: Add a measured amount of water to the dissolution tank and start stirring, with the stirring speed generally controlled at 70-100 revolutions per minute (rpm). Slowly add the chemical agent to the water. Once the agent is fully dissolved, transfer the solution to a storage tank. Use a screw pump to add the solution to the machine. Adjust the dosage according to the actual situation. The diluted solution should be used as soon as possible and should not be stored for a long time, as it may decompose and fail to achieve the desired effect.
