JRX Blade/Air knife coater
The coating Blade knife coater is a kind of special mechanical blade with a long strip shape and a certain radian, which is used in coating machinery to coat paper, cloth, leather, aluminum foil, plastic film and other materials with a layer of glue, paint or ink with a specific function.
Air knife coater is mainly composed by the eagle beak knife,feeding roll, pressing roll, metering rod, backing roll, air separator, draft fan for separator, high pressure fan and frame etc.This coating device is characterized by a short distance between the air knife backing roll and the feeding roll, and the coated paper is less water migrated and wrinkled after the metering rod.

Blade knife
Advantages of Blade coating: First, the coating is not required to be soft and have strong fluidity, which can improve the coating concentration, reduce the drying load and improve the coating speed; Second, the coating surface is very flat, and does not fluctuate with the fluctuation of the base paper surface.
Air knife
It has the advantages of compact structure, wide application range, convenience to adjust the coating weight and so on. Air knife coating has the advantage of being able to get a thick coating amount, the coating layer is relatively uniform, paper breaking occurs rarely during coating process. It is especially suitable for pressure-sensitive coating. Under normal circumstances we recommend the air knife way, with air separator, less splash.

Roller surface runout: ≤0.01mm
Roller surface without wear marks, punch point, thread marks
Feeding roll with separate AC variable frequency drive motor, according to process requirement, the feeding roll speed can be adjusted.
2. Backing roller
Diameter / roll width: Ф450x1400, steel rolling, roller bearing SN515
Covering Material:High-quality neoprene synthetic rubber
Rubber Hardness :Shore 78 º ± 2
Cladding thickness: 20mm
Roller surface runout: ≤0.02mm
3. Paint tray
Paint tray made of 1.5mm thick stainless steel SS304, divided into the feed chamber, overflow chamber and backflow chamber, inlet port at the bottom of the trough, in order to promote the liquidity of paint. In the trough it should avoid stagnant dead zones to prevent coating caking; back flow is about 80% of total flow, feed roll manually lifted, with flexible lifting and falling.
4. Coating metering unit

Scraper beam is steel plate welded structure. Rotating bearing is plain bearings.
Banner coating weight single-point adjustment device is accurate screw thread device.
The adjustment spacing of banner coating weight is 50mm.
