Slitter Rewinder Machine

This machine is a new frame type full-automatic computer high-speed slitting machine,which is used for slitting and rewinding various super large roll materials, such as coated paper, carbon free paper, white cardboard, cigarette wrapping paper, Kraft paper,non-woven fabric, aluminum foil, self-adhesive materials, Pvc plastics and other roll materals.

The host adopts three motor servo control to maintain balanced operation during acceleration.

Automatic meter alam function.

The winding adopts a front and rearA and B inflatable shaft structure, and adopts a linear cuide rail for automatic unloading.

The unwinding adopts an ultrasonic/CCD automatic correction and correction system,enabling the normal cutting of irregular materials.

The waste edge is automatically sucked and shredded by a high-pressure fan for removal.

The unwinding adopts a hydraulic shaftless automatic feeding device.

This machine adopts PLC touch screen control automatic taper tension, and central surface coiling.
