Powder Coating Equipment Spray Booth
Powder spraying recycling cabinet, also known as powder recycling booth.
It is mainly used in powder spraying line workshops of all walks of life as equipment for recycling powder. The powder spraying cabinet features that the powder remaining in the powder spraying time is directly sucked to the filter element through the fan for filtration treatment. Then, the air pump blows air to send the powder stained on the filter element to the recycling box.
The powder spraying cabinet is a new type of product which is worthy of customers' trust and tolerance because of its simple operation and stable and safe use.
Principle:The fan continuously draws out the air in the powder spray cabinet through the filter element, forming a continuous low-speed and high-flow air flow from the outside to the inside at the working port of the spray room. This air flow can ensure that the flying powder in the spray room will not overflow. Due to the dust filtering effect of the filter element, only the air can be discharged through the fan, and the powder will be filtered by the filter element and kept in the spray room. When working for a long time, Due to the large amount of powder accumulated on the surface of the filter element, in order to ensure smooth dust filtration, a timed PLC pulse back blowing is equipped to remove the powder, so that the powder can fall off continuously, so as to ensure a good purification effect during the continuous spraying process.
