2,Main feature:
2.1 Large frame and base plate are high-quality steel plate welding, machining after annealing. The frame has high-strength, good rigidity and quality, good-looking appearance. The frame is installed with base plate, which can insure the installing accuracy and reduce installing period.
2.2 Paper releasing stand, upright, rail upright of the lifting table, auxiliary drive support and spare roll support are steel plate cold bend section bar welding, with good-looking appearance and symmetry structure.
2.3 Calendering roll quick and slow separating control technology, to insure the safety and reduce the shock.
2.4 The multi-zone controllable crown roll can control the sheet caliper smoothness variation, to enhance the product quality.
2.5 The calendering roll weight hydraulic compensation technique changes the drive arrangement form, control the two sides difference precisely, improve the calendering result greatly, enhance the production capacity and extend the service life.
2.6 Separate paper threading is the fundamental change for the super calender operation.
2.7 Thermal roll consists of chilled cast iron body and two flange shaft heads. The body is drilled surround to form the thermal oil channel. The special design can insure the uniform surface temp.
2.8 Soft roll consists of intermediate body and two flange shaft heads. The cover material is imported, done in domestic. The body is equipped with stainless steel liner interlayer, forming the fluid flow passage with flange shaft heads and double-pass rotary joint, keep the soft roll working.
2.9 The spreader roll use composite bidirection multipoint spiral groove structure. When sheet width is large, it is better to use three-section variable spreader roll.
2.10 Thermal roll oil heating use conduction oil electrical heating system. The roll body temp use linear control system. Main parts and electrical control elements are imported.
