Product Description:
paper cutting machine with auto loading is suitable for adhesive paper,kraft paper and other kinds of paper.Unwinding device adoptde chain pull up type,up and down -doubleshaft type on rewinding ,magnetic powder tension controller on both unwinding and rewinding device.Stepless speed control of main motor, auto photoeletric edge correction or hydraulic press can be choosed and it also have many functions,such as meter presetting, auto stoppage and so on .

C. Automatic tension control system
A-2 Type: Automatic tension control system
When the paper through inductor, that automatic feedback to the
PLC control system to increase brake load, increase or reduce the tension that control the paper tension automatically. |
D. High precision cutting knife system
A-3 Type: High precision cutting knife system
1) Upper and lower knives are rotary make the cutting accuracy is
very precision. |
2) Anti-curve device Include one set of square bar and steel
wheel. When the curve paper through paper edge unit that can
adjust the paper square and let it flat. |
3) 5 sets slitting knives
Upper slitting knife take by air pressure and spring. Lower knife connect with bear drive(the diameter is Ф180mm ) and move with spring. The upper and lower round knife is made by SKH.The lower slitting knife (diameter is Ф180mm) and drive with in-phase belts. The lower slitting knife is 5 groups, each group have two knife edge. |
