Product Description

 

Sublimation chemicals are used in the production of sublimation paper coatings to construct coating functional structures with surface layers, ink absorbing layers, and hydrophobic layers. These  coatings significantly improve ink absorption capacity and drying speed, while ensuring hightransfer rates.

1. Rapid color development at low temperature. Especially when the temperature is below 10, this advantage still exists.

2. Suitable for any CF compositions consisting of resin or clay-resin.

3. Relatively thinner coating.

4. The rheological property and thixotropy of CF paste are good, suitable for any coating method.

5. Good stability when stored.

Sublimation chemicals are mainly made by CMC and Oxidized starch with the additive agent that exclusively prepared for the preparation and preservation of sublimation coatings with our own patented formula. It can improve the printability and enhance the strength of paper,also reduce the problem of shedding and powder spraying.

CMC: Carboxymethyl Cellulose

Carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) is a non-toxic and odorless white flocculent powder with stable performance and easy solubility in water.
