Product Overview

1. The oven is an assembling structure with a manual double swing gate on a single side, and the workpiece is conveyorized by a hanging-type workpiece trolley. The outer plate of the oven is made of anti-corrosion treatment cold rolled sheet, glossy, clean, and beautiful. The inner plate of the oven is made of Stainless Steel or galvanizing sheet. The intermedium filling material is heating insulation rock wool, which makes sure the heat calories not flowing out from the oven and achieve the aim of saving energy. The exhausting air emission systems and fresh air supplement systems are designed separately on the oven roof and side, which prevent the accumulation of inflammable and explosive gas, reducing the inside pollution of the oven caused by harmful gas, thus improving the product's quality.

2. Oven is directly heated by a diesel source. The hot air circulation system is in "Bottom blowing-in and top side air-returning" mode, uniform adjustable air outlets are set up for the direct air-pressure bearing duct,which makes the uniform temperature of the inner oven.

3. Adopting an automatic temperature adjustable system, temperature controlling system consists of a temperature regulator, temperature-measured probe, heating source controlling device, etc. temperature-measured heating resistor is inserted in the oven. The digital readout temperature controller will measure the temperature reading generated from the temperature-measured resistor and control the heating source device, (Start or stop heating), and control the temperature within a preset range.
