SURFACE SIZING AGENT

This product is a multifunctional synthetic polymer that integrates water resistance and strength enhancement. It features excellent affinity with fibers and superior water resistance. It is widely used for surface sizing and coating of various papers, including coated white cardboard, kraft containerboard, corrugated original paper, and white cardstock. It can be used either mixed with starch or independently. This product significantly reduces the Cobb value of paper, enhances paper stiffness, and can completely replace internal sizing agents. It helps to purify the paper machine system environment, reduce water treatment (environmental protection) pressure, and lower production costs.

--------------------------------HOW TO USE--------------------------------

1. After the starch solution has been cooked and kept warm, cool it down to below 60°C. Note that the temperature should not exceed 65°C at the highest.
2. Add aluminum sulfate (5-10% of the starch usage, equivalent to 2-5 kg) and stir until evenly mixed. Polyaluminum chloride (PAC) can also be used as a substitute for aluminum sulfate, with a reduced dosage of 1-3 kg for better results.
3. Add the specified amount of this product and stir until evenly mixed.
4. Continuous metered addition is also possible. The addition point for aluminum sulfate is generally at the inlet of the sizing pump, while the addition point for this product is at the outlet of the sizing pump.
Dosage: The general dosage is 0.6-3 kg. The exact amount can be adjusted based on the type of paper and confirmed through trials in actual production.
