WET STRENGTH AGENT

This product is a cationic polyamide epichlorohydrin high-molecular polymer. It can rapidly and effectively adsorb onto pulp fibers with negative charges, resulting in high retention rates. During the drying section of the paper machine, a thermosetting chemical reaction occurs, endowing the paper with the desired wet strength properties. The product is readily absorbed by fibers and can mature under neutral or alkaline conditions. It is widely applicable to various types of paper that require wet strength, including decorative paper, steel-engraved paper, map paper, food packaging paper, fruit bag paper, medical and sanitary paper, newsprint, and other paper grades.

--------------------------------HOW TO USE--------------------------------

 

1. Dosage: 0.5-1.0% (based on oven-dry pulp). The optimal pH range for use is 7.5-8.0.
2. Application: The measured amount of wet strength agent can be continuously added to the high-level box or consistency stabilizer using a metering pump.
3. Easy Re-pulping and Recycling of Waste Paper: For unbleached paper, the pH can be raised to 11 during repulping, with a temperature of around 65°C; for bleached paper, adjust the pH to between 5-8 and control the temperature at around 5°C. Adding a small amount of sodium hypochlorite can enhance the effect.
4. Storage Conditions: Store at temperatures between 3-35°C. Protect from direct sunlight and freezing.
