CHAPTER TWO : STRUCTURE DESCRIPTION
I. Vatman's section
Vatman's-section consist of : wove mould , cylinder vat , couch roll , vacuum turn back roll , guide roller , vacuum suction water tank , spray water pipe , machine frame , etc .
1. Wove mould
Wove mould , 6 pieces , size:φ1500×2900mm . stainless steel , slice type structure.
2. Cylinder vat
Cylinder vat , 6 pieces , use concurrent flow type , high quality steel plate soldering.
3. Couch roll
Couch roll , 6set , size: φ380×2950mm . use seamless steel tube to make , surface rubber . roller surface hardness : HS 35±3° . axle head use high quality carbon steel 45# (German Standard : C45 / American Standard : 1045).
4. Vacuum turn back roll
Vacuum turn back roll use double vacuum chamber . 1 piece . size: φ650×3050mm . use stainless steel to make. Suction mouth width : 2050mm, vacuum piping in the machine frame inside .
5. Vacuum suction water tank
Vacuum suction water tank , 7 pieces . tank use corrosion resistant plate to make , equipped with high polymer panel. Suction water mouth size:φ65mm . Every vatman's section equipped with 1 piece and vacuum turn back roll equipped with 1 piece .
6. Guide roller
Guide roller , size: φ156×3100mm . use δ=8mm seamless steel tube to make . chrome-faced . axle head use high quality carbon steel 45# .
7. Machine frame
Machine frame use steel plate knee bend to soldering make . chest structure . machine frame equal height deviations ≤ 0.10mm
II. Press part
Press part have two part device . vacuum K type Press device and large-diameter roll press device. machine frame use chest structure soldering , lifting top roller and pressurization use pneumatic control , every press device equipped with vacuum suction water tank , tensioner , corrector unit , spray water pipe , spreader roller , guide roller , scraper etc .
1. Vacuum K type Press device
Vacuum Press top roll , φ750×3000mm , 1 piece , use marble to make . Steel shafting in the inside .
Vacuum Press bottom roll , φ650×3000mm , 1 piece , use foundry iron to make the roller , surface rubber δ=25mm , roller surface hardness : HS 95±3° , rubber surface take the groove .
Vacuum press roll , φ700×3050mm , 1 piece , use stainless steel to make the roller , surface rubber δ=25mm . equipped with moving seat , convenient for replacement woven felt . vacuum piping in the machine frame inside .
2. Large-diameter roll press device
Large-diameter roll ,φ1050*2800mm , 2 pieces , design pressure 160N/mm . large-diameter top roll use stainless steel to make , bottom roll use stainless steel to make and surface rubber δ=25mm , roller surface hardness . use double-shaft drive .
3. Vacuum press bottom roll and large-diameter bottom roll equipped with Water receiving disc , Suction water mouth size:φ80 , in the driving side .
4. Every press device equipped with walking board , railing , use section bar to welding make .
5. Woven felt wringing roll , 2 pieces , φ300×3000mm , use stainless steel to make the roller , surface rubber .
