Its color development mainly involves the overflow of force sensitive pigments and oil solutions in microcapsules under external force, and the occurrence of dyeing reactions after contact with the color developing agent, thereby playing a role in replication. Mainly used for multi linked tables, bills, continuous financial bills, general business financial bills, etc.

>>>> HOW TO USE
1. When preparing CF coatings, first add water to the preparation equipment and stir to add dispersants and solid materials for dispersion (stirring speed of 1000 rpm, stirring time of 25-30 minutes). Reduce the stirring speed and add modified starch adhesive (stirring speed of 500 rpm, stirring time of 10-15 minutes). Adjust the pH to 9.5-10 with nh or 10% alkaline water, then add colorants and butadiene styrene latex, stir for 20-30 minutes, and finally adjust the pH value to 4-6.
2. The recommended dosage for this product is 12-15% of the absolute dry weight of the coating.
3. This product is suitable for various coating methods such as air knife coating, scraper coating, curtain coating, etc.
