1.The first chapter Outline:
2600mm Coating production line , it's applicable for paperboard that gram of base paper is 120-500g/m² to do single-sided coating. The total amount of coating 30-70g/m²,design speed 120m/min .
Machine configuration:one set of hydraulic paper holder,two sets of blade coater, 6 groups of oven , two sets of dry feed network, one set of double roll soft calender, one set of variable frequency drive part,one set of winders,one set of coating preparation, one set of rewinding machine.The second chapter Technical Requirements
2.Typical applications and features
1) Widely used in packaging and color printing like FedEx Pak, hand bags, wine packages, shoe boxes, toothpaste boxes, cosmetics outer packaging or whatever packaging the item may be suitable for.
2) Features: Single-side coated white have high whiteness coating is exquisite ,coated surface is good in Ink absorbency, smoothness ,printing gloss ,water-proof, etc.

3,Structure Description
(1), One set of hydraulic paper planes back
(2),Blade coater
Ø450mm Backing roll,stainless steel trough,box-welded frame. Paint roller(ø242mm)with chrome plated,one set of aluminum scraper head, trough, one set of feeding roller lifting device. One set of blade pneumatic clamping device,one set of
sieve back material .
(3),Drying section
Drying section concludes 6 groups of 2.5m hot air oven,6
sets of send hot air machine,6 groups of radiators. Cabinets
with stainless steel nozzle and with chrome guide roller. Guide
rollers are made in seamless production, box with steel welding,
damper hairdryer and other components. Air temperature air
pressure is adjustable, save energy efficiently .
(4),Dry network device
2 sets of dry-grid installations are made in guide rollers,
back roller ,drive roller,tensioner, correction, cycloid drive.
(5),one set of coherent states cylinder with diameter 900,
Sheets from drying out by adjusting the rear cylinder heated
state after finishing flat sheet does not warp.
(6),Double roll soft calender
Double roll soft calender:ø1000mm one set of chrome
dryer,ø500mm two sets of high line pressure roller stare
clear,pneumatic pressure.
(7), Paper reeling machine: Reeling cylinder ø900mm,Reeling
roller ø156mm seamless steel pipe .
(8),Base frame portion:Fundamental part is made in steel,
cast iron base plates
