1.The traction roller is the two reeling shafts, of speed control mode, driven by two separate motors,top-bottom arrangement.Winding tension automatically controlled, as diameter increases, the tension automatically decreases; the taper can be set to achieve that the paper roll inside is tight and outside is loose; during acceleration, deceleration or machine stop process, the torque is automatic compensated, to achieve smooth paper tension. The two winding shafts are respectively driven by two variable frequency motors, so they can work at the same time of different diameter paper reels.
2.The tension of the unwinding is controlled by the magnetic powder brake, and the unwinding speed is measured by the unwinding encoder. The PLC calculates the unwinding diameter and controls the brake voltage by the tension controller to control the braking torque and achieve the automatic control of unwinding tension. Acceleration, deceleration or emergency stop process, the torque is automatically compensated, when emergency stop of large reel, it will automatically calculate the inertia, to keep the paper being tight, tension control accuracy of ± 5 N/M.
3.Paper reel stand is lifting type, air cylinder drive, fixed by safety chuck, with encoder, and it is convenient and quick to
change paper reels.Correcting device of photoelectric type, sensitivity adjustable, left and right movement adopting linear guide rail, with advantage of stable operation and small shake.
4.Waste trimmings collected by the Venturi tube, the noise is small and paper dust pollution is little.
