SURFACE SIZING AGENT

This product is an AKD emulsion-type surface sizing agent that can enhance the sizing degree, smoothness, and stiffness of paper, thereby improving printability. Additionally, it significantly reduces the usage of internal sizing agents, lowers production costs, and alleviates environmental pressure.

1. Enhancing Water Resistance: Surface sizing agents form a protective layer on the paper surface, effectively preventing water penetration and thereby improving the paper's water resistance.
2. Increasing Physical Strength: By applying sizing agents to the paper surface, the surface strength, abrasion resistance, and durability of the paper can be significantly enhanced.
3. Improving Printability: Surface sizing agents reduce the two-sidedness of paper, increase its smoothness and printability, and thereby improve print quality.
4. Reducing Fuzzing and Dusting: The tighter surface of the sized paper effectively prevents fuzzing and dusting during printing.
5. Lowering Production Costs: Surface sizing agents have high usage efficiency with a retention rate close to 100% and can partially or completely replace more expensive internal sizing agents.

Carbonless Copy Paper: Prevents the penetration of microcapsules in the coating.

--------------------------------HOW TO USE--------------------------------

1. For starch, use 5-10% (on a dry basis).
2. Dosage: 1-10 kg per ton of paper.
3. Add after starch has been cooked. Adding it at the surface sizing unit can enhance the effect.
4. This product is compatible with starch, CMC, and PVA. It can improve water resistance, printability, and stiffness, thereby enhancing the quality of the finished paper.
