NCR(Carbon-Less) paper coating machine
The coating machine is the core equipment of the project, the main role is to quickly and evenly coat with a variety of coatings on the base paper. The carbonless paper coating is capsule coating, namely pressure-sensitive coating, we can choose an air knife, measuring rods, roller coating, curtain, or other coating methods; an air knife is adopted widely, easy to operate and maintain.
Technological process: Odd station shaft type unwind→Single roll feeding device→Air knife surface coating→Hot air circulation drying→Dryer cylinder drying finishing and calendar finishing→Single roll feeding device→Air knife surface coating→Hot air circulation drying→Dryer cylinder drying finishing→Odd station reeling
2. Coating type can adopt comma scraper coating, anilox roller coating, micro concave roller coating, extrusion coating, or wire bar coating, according to actual production technology.
3. Stepless speed regulation by AC inverter, synchronous control of unwinding,pre-traction, coating, laminating traction, and rewinding.
4. Sectional independent homo-thermal drying system of the oven, heating type can adopt electric heating, heat conduction oil heating, and so on, automatic temperature control for each temperature section.
5. Automatic coating weight, automatic speed up and down, automatic material breaking inspection, automatic failure warning, automatic separation, and reunion of pneumatic components.
6. Unwinding and rewinding adopt automatic rotary double stations, and non-stop material changing.
